Being remembered for whats important

At the end of the day, we’ll be remembered for the communities we cultivate together. Come take a look at what we’ve built with our landowning partners and investors.

Woodbury Way

Houses at Woodbury Way

19 home single-family development located in the Bakerview neighborhood in Bellingham, WA. The 4-acre parcel has previously been owned by Doug & Marla Smith for more than 40 years.

Church Hill Ranch

For decades, the family behind Dusty Church Ranch Properties owned 19 acres. First, a middle school was built to the north, then a neighborhood was built to the east. When a neighborhood was added to the west, the family was ready for a change.

Silver Hawk

Siblings Connie and Scott grew up visiting this unique property in southern Ferndale with their parents. When the time came for them to sell the land, they ran into some significant hurdles, and their property sat for years with a “For Sale” sign on it. Ultimately, they turned to Cultivate for solutions.

Lions Gate

When Portland-based City Bible Church closed the Lynden campus, they uncovered some unexpected challenges. They needed a solid solution and everyone knew that consulting with a trustworthy local developer was the key to this project’s success.
